The announcement was made today at the Technology Services World (TSW) Best Practices conference being held this week in Silicon Valley.
The spring TechBEST Awards program recognizes service technology providers in two categories—the Best in Satisfaction category for companies that received the highest satisfaction scores from the TSIA annual global survey on technology adoption, planned spending, and satisfaction, and the Best in Show category, selected by conference attendees to recognize the organization that created the best experience in the TSW EXPO.
TechBEST finalists for the Best in Satisfaction category were selected by TSIA corporate and community members who participated in the 2014 Global Technology Adoption, Satisfaction, and Planned Spending Survey. As a TechBEST finalist, these organizations will be featured in TSIA Research, and conference attendees can learn more about the company’s offerings during the TechBEST Showcase being conducted today at the conference. The winner will be announced at the conference on Wednesday, May 7.
